Hey, you.

I’m Andrea and I’m so happy you’re here! I hope you feel like you’ve found a page where you can talk to a friend about style tips, family life and mental health.

I got you, girl!

Leopard Dress 4 Ways

Leopard Dress 4 Ways

I know we’re still in the month of July, but if you ask me it’s never too early to start thinking about how to transition some of your summer clothes into the Fall (and get the most bag for your buck!) And if you really don’t want to think about Fall yet, then think about cool summer nights….

This leopard dress is a perfect, light-weight dress for summer. It’s also a dress that can easily be transitioned into Fall with minimal effort, which if you know me, you know I almost always aspire to look put together with little effort. I’m sure you have a favourite summer dress that can be worn right into the fall too just by adding a few layers that you probably already have hanging in your closet.
Here are a few of my favourite ways to take almost any dress into Fall!

  1. Casual Weekend
This is probably my favourite casual look. Ideal for a cool summer night, and right into the Fall. I chose an oversized distressed denim jacket, but you can easily pair this dress and others with a fitted or cropped denim jacket of any colour. I opted for my favourite white running shoes to keep me comfortable while I’m on the go. Styled with a Rattan bag, because why not!

2. Date Night Ready
Same dress, completely different look - date night approved! By adding a leather jacket, a heel and wool hat this dress is not only date night ready, it’s on tend and the cutest Fall look.

3. Coffee With Friends
Spending time with family or friends in the evening or on weekends? Throw an oversized cardigan over your dress, style with flats or a simple heel and a chunky watch and you look effortlessly chic! You can even pair this with black tights and ankle boots on those crisp Fall days.

4. Effortlessly Put Together
If you know me then you know that my love for long coats and cardigans is going nowhere. By wearing this khaki coat over this dress (or any dress) you are on trend, looking Fall chic and it only took about five seconds to put together. I chose to pair this look with runners but this could easily be paired with flats or a simple heel and you would still look effortlessly put together.
